Respondent PRAYER : Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the respondent relating to Letter No.B3/6763/2010 dated 27.08.2010 and quash the same and direct the respondent to issue planning permission based on the application submitted by the petitioner on 05.05.2010 forthwith without insisting to hand over the area earmarked for street alignment as shown in the sketch through a registered Gift deed to the CMDA or Local body.
