Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records culminated in the impugned proceeding No. 53538/N1/08 dated 25.02.2011 on the file of the First Respondent, quash the same and consequently directing the Respondent to release the registered sale deed No. 290 of 2008 dated 23.03.2008 on the file of SRO, Sowcarpet to the Petitioner on payment of the deficit stamp duty in accordance with law.
