This Court by order dated 12.07.2024 disposed of the civil revision petition with a direction to the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- to the credit of D.V.A.No.1 of 2020 before the learned Judicial Magistrate on or before 31.07.2024.

2.Today [01.08.2024], the matter is posted for reporting compliance. The learned counsel for the petitioner produced the receipt in proof of deposit of Rs.2,00,000/- to the credit of D.V.A.No.1 of 2020 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mettupalayam vide Receipt No.100625 dated 21.07.2024. The same is recorded. Consequently, no further order is necessary.
