This petition has been filed seeking to implead the proposed petitioners 1 to 5 as the legal heirs of the deceased sole petitioner viz., Raju in W.P.No.27612 of 2021.

2. Accepting the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed.
