O R D E R

The petitioner/wife seeks transfer of HMOP No. 55 of 2020 on the file of Sub-ordinate Court, Panruti, Cuddalore District to the file of Family Court at Puducherry.

2. Transfer is sought for mainly on the ground of convenience since the wife is residing in her parents house at Puducherry and she is unable to travel more than 80 kms.

3. The learned counsel appearing on both sides submitted that the matter has been referred to mediation but it failed.

4. Considering the same, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and H.M.O.P.No. 55 of 2020 is withdrawn from the file of the Sub Court, Panruti and transferred to the file of Family Court, Puducherry, to be disposed of in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.

5. The Sub Court, Panruti, is directed to send the entire records to the Family Court, Puducherry, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
