Without prejudice to the rights of the parties, both the parties have agreed for the following terms of order :

1. The petitioner Company agrees that the respondent in W.P. No.21901/2018, M.K. Salik alias Kalaivanan, will be permitted to work in the petitioner's factory, by recognizing him as "Man-in-charge", pending disposal of the writ petitions.

2. The petitioner Company also agrees to pay the present wages drawn by the general workers, to the respondent M.K. Salik alias Kalaivanan.

3. The respondent M.K. Salik alias Kalaivanan, appeared party-in-person and has filed a Memo dated 13.11.2018 before this Court. The said Memo is recorded.

2. In view of this consent order, the WMPs are closed. Post the main Writ Petitions, for final disposal after 12 weeks. 13.11.2018 avr http://www.judis.nic.in
