CMP.Nos.12266 and 12270 of 2022 in CRP No.1721 of 2016 G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN., J, These petitions have been filed to set aside the abatement due to death of respondent 1 viz., Muniappan in C.R.P.No.1721 of 2016 on the file of this Hon'ble Court and to bring on record 3rd to 8th respondents herein who are the legal representatives of the deceased/respondents 1 and 2 in C.R.P.No.1721 of 2016 in I.A.No.979 of 2009 in O.S.No.583 of 2008 pending on the file of this Hon'ble Court.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed along with the above petitions.

Accordingly, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed and the Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title in the Civil Revision Petition.
