This petition has been filed to implead the legal heirs of the 3rd respondent viz., A.Banupriya and A.Jachintha Priyakumari as proposed respondents in W.P.No. 41541 of 2016.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection in allowing this petition. Hence, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
