O R D E R
The Civil Revision Petition has been preferred against the order dated 05.09.2012, passed by the learned Judge, VII Court of Small Causes, Chennai in R.C.A.No.237 of 2006.
2. Today, when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner is present and filed a memo stating that the petitioner S.Jawarilal had passed away on 27.01.2018. In the memo, it is further stated that the legal representative of the deceased S.Jawarilal has taken away the entire case bundle from counsel on 28.05.2019 itself. The memo filed by the learned counsel is recorded.
3. In view of the above, this Civil Revision petition is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
