Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents herein to provide Police band-o-bust in the petitioner's factory premises located at Kizhavanjore, Nagore PO., Karaikal-611 002 for loading the finished goods in the Container Lorry lying inside the factory premises since 09.04.2012 onwards and also to provide Police Force to accompany the Container Lorry carrying the finished goods till the Border of Puducherry State.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and he has made an endorsement to that effect.
