This petition has been filed seeking for grant of leave to file a petition for modification of the order, dated 11.04.2023 passed in W.P.No.19308 of 2021.

2. Heard Mr.S.Thanka Sivan, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.J.Srinivasa Mohan, learned Counsel for the first respondent.

3. In the considered view of this Court, there is no scope for granting leave to the petitioner since the order was passed in the Writ Petition after considering all the facts and circumstances. This Court does not deem it appropriate to once again reopen this case.

4. In view of the above, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
