Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records relating to the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.01/7758/2013 dated 30.07.2013, issued by the 1st respondent and quash the same.

O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner made a submission that an order of transfer issued by the first respondent in proceedings dated 30.07.2013 is under challenge in this writ petition.

2.However, the period of three years had already completed and the petitioner has submitted further representation for retransfer and under these circumstances, the cause aroused for the purpose of filing the present writ petition became vanished. 3.Thus, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in respect of the grounds raised in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
