O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd respondent police herein to provide necessary police protection to the 3rd respondent TANGEDCO officials for carrying out the provision of electricity connection to the petitioner's property.

2. The petitioner seeks police protection for electricity connection to his building in a peaceful and profitable manner. Now, almost two years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh complaint on fresh cause of action, if so advised.

3. With the above observation, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
