Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to award marks to the Question Nos.4, 9 & 64 of Paper II Code TNTET - 2, Series Code A of Teacher Eligibility Test conducted by 1st Respondent Teacher Recruitment Board on 18.08.2013 and to proceed with selection and appointment to the post of B.T. Assistant Teacher based on with correct key answer and consequently direct the respondent to award marks to the answer book of the petitioner (Roll No.13TE62208165) and to select and appoint the Petitioner to the post of B.T. The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the issues involved in this writ petition were adjudicated by this Court and the same was dismissed by the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court in WP(MD).Nos.18334, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

335/2013 by an order dated 19.11.2013. In view of the order of this Court cited supra, no further adjudication is required on the ground raised in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
