Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the order in Na.Ka.No.21018/2011/A4 dated 04.05.2013 passed by the 2nd respondent, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to adhere to the mandate of Sec.34 of the Hindu Religious Charitable and Endowments Act, 1959 in respect of the temple properties measuring an extent of 2.76.5 hec. Out of 6.81.5 hec., in S.No.40, Kinathukadavu Village, Coimbatore District.
