Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honble Court in Crl.M.P.No.6640 of 2017 in Crl.A.NO.2374/17 dated 24.05.2017 that he shall appear before the concerned Court twice a month i.e., on the 1st and 15th of every English Calendar month at 10.30 am.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.V.KARTHIKEYAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.T.P.SAVITHA Government Advocate[crl.side]on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Seeking to relax the condition already imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.6640 of 2017 in Crl.A.No.274 of 2017 dated 24.05.2017, the petitioner is before this Court with this miscellaneous petition. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and hence, the conditions may be relaxed.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the earlier conditions imposed by this Court in 6640 of 2017 in Crl.A.No.274 of 2017 dated 24.05.2017.
4. In view of the above, the condition already imposed on the petitioner by this Court is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required.
