2. It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner, along with other accused, have illegally transported 2 units of river sand using a Lorry without any valid permit or licence. Hence, the case.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent and has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and that he has been falsely implicated in this case. He also submitted that the petitioner is ready to abide by any stringent conditions that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he prayed for the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
4. Per contra, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police, reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that the petitioner has two previous cases pending against him. He further submitted that this is the second anticipatory bail application filed by the him and if he is enlarged on anticipatory bail, he may abscond and commit similar offences in the future. Hence, he vehemently opposed the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
5. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, nature of offences, and the quantity of mineral involved in this case and also considering the fact that though the petitioner has two previous cases, as he has already been granted bail in all the cases, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner on certain conditions.
7. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, before the learned Judicial Magistrate Katpadi, Vellore District, on condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only), with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent Police or the Police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed and on further conditions that:
