This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking for transfer of H.M.O.P.No.12 of 2018 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Chidambaram, to the file of the Sub Court, Ponneri.

2. When the matter was listed on 22.11.2018, there was no representation for both sides. Hence, the Registry was directed to post the matter on 26.11.2019 under the caption "for dismissal". Accordingly, when the matter is listed today i.e. on 26.11.2019, again there is no representation for both sides. Hence, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
