ORDER

The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent police submitted that the investigation has been completed and the final report has already been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.V, Vellore, on 20.02.2019.

2. In view of this development, nothing survives in this petition. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Judicial Magistrate No.V, Vellore, to immediately act upon the final report filed by the respondent police within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
