This matter is posted today before this Court under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that this Court passed an order dated 24.08.2022 in Tr.C.M.P No.698 of 2022. But, in paragraph 5 of the said order, it has been inadvertently mentioned as " has no objection to transfer the HMOP No.1001 of 2022......" and the same requires to be rectified as "has objected". Thus, he prayed for suitable directions.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondent, Registry is directed to carryout the necessary corrections in the order dated 24.08.2022 in Tr.C.M.P No.698 of 2022 as "has objected" in paragraph 5 of the order and issue order copy afresh. 08.09.2022 uma 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
