This Petition is filed seeking extension of time granted by this court on 25.02.2025 made in Crl.OP.No.5010 of 2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was arrested in some other case and hence he could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate within stipulated time. Hence, he prays to allow this petition.
