Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 2nd respondents on files in impugned proceeding being the 14th Update of Status of Renewal as on 05.01.2016 of CESC to be updated time to time and quash the same arbitrary and unreasonable in so far as the petitioner is shown as having submitted the application after 15.12.2015 and direct the 2nd respondent consider the petitioner's application for renewal of enlistment on merit in accordance with the provisions.
