This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.26661 of 2022 dated 14.11.2022 that "the petitioner shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tirunelveli on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Mr.P.Sidharthan, learned Special Public Prosecutor for ED Cases submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.26661 of 2022 dated 14.11.2022, is relaxed to the extent that the petitioner is directed to appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tirunelveli on the first working day of every month until further orders.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
