When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the main C.C.No.1758 of 2021 was dismissed by the learned Judge, Fast Track Court-I, Egmore, (Allikulam Campus), Chennai , dated 05.10.2023, to that effect memo has been filed by the petitioner and the Criminal Original petition has become infructuous.

2. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, and the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
