This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.17524 of 2022 dated 03.08.2022 that "the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) directly to Adyar Cancer Institute (WIA), East Canal Road, Adyar, Chennai and on such deposit the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail"

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is not in a position to mobilize the amount and still she is in incarceration. Hence, he prays for modification of the condition.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition to the effect that "the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two blood related sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate at Thiruvottiyur". The other conditions imposed by this Court vide its order dated 03.08.2022 shall remain intact.
