ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation / objection dated 10.05.2025 not to conduct the survey and point out the field boundaries of property in Old. No.322/4C New Survey No.322/4C2, Mechery Village, Mettur Taluk, Salem District till disposal of the civil proceedings of the above said cases.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an enquiry was pending before the Tahsildar and a date is fixed on 30.05.2025 with regard to the subject in issue of this writ petition.

3. Considering the limited relief sought for in this petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without going 2/4

into the merits of this case, this Court directs the Tahsildar to consider the representation dated 10.05.2025 submitted by the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law by giving opportunity to all the parties within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
