This petition is filed to pass an order to transfer the investigation in Crime No.326 of 2008 pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, Central Crime Branch, to the Fourth Respondent Viz., The Superintendent of Police, CB-CID(Metro), Guindy, Chennai.
2. Admittedly, this petition has been filed by the petitioner before filing charge sheet. Now, both sides admitted that the third https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
respondent /The Inspector of Police, Central Crime Branch, Land Grabbing Prevention Cell, Chennai, herein, investigated the matter and filed charge sheet before the Judicial Magistrate, Poolamallee, which was taken on file as C.C.No.232 of 2011 and now, transferred to Judicial Magistrate, Alandur, taken on file as C.C.No.310 of 2012. The petitioner has not pointed out any grievance in the charge sheet filed by the respondent before this Court. The petitioner has not stated any acceptable reasons for transfer the case even before filing the charge sheet and after filing the charge sheet.
3. In the above circumstances, this petition to transfer the investigation to the fourth respondent is unnecessary and also not maintainable. Therefore, the Criminal Original Petition is liable to be dismissed.
