JUDGMENT
(Delivered by DR.VINEET KOTHARI, J) The learned counsel for the fourth respondent Mr. Abdul Saleem has placed on record an order signed by the Additional Director of Medical Education, Secretary to the Selection Committee, Chennai, who has submitted that the Provisional admission given to the student Minor. Kavin Sharas in the Government Karur Medical College, on 13.07.2018 has been finalised and the same admission may be treated as final admission.
In view of this submission, learned counsel for the appellant/petitioner does not want to press this Writ Appeal as the same is rendered infructuous.
The Appeal is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Consequently, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
