The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.05.2019, to consequently direct the second respondent to remove the overhead electrical lines / wires across the petitioner's property at Vellakkinar Village, Coimbatore Taluk, Gandhipuram Sub Registration District, comprised in Survey No. 292/1, Site No.1 measuring total extent of 2455 sq.ft.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the second respondent unlawfully installed and drawing overhead electrical power line across the petitioner's patta land without following any safety measures and hence the petitioner made representation dated 10.05.2019 to the first respondent seeking to remove the said electric wires and since the same was not considered, has filed this writ petition.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court may issue direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.05.2019 and to pass appropriate orders within a reasonable time. 4.Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.05.2019 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order.
