ORDER

The case of the petitioner is that, the petitioner is the owner of the property comprised in S.No.492, situated at Athipattu Village, Ambattur Taluk, Thiruvallur District. Hence, she made an application on 05.11.2013 to survey the above said property before the first respondent.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, during the pendency of the present writ petition the Tahsildar, Ambattur Taluk has measured the property and filed a report

before this Court. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.

3.Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is closed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
