This application is filed to order substituted service through paper publication to the respondents 1 and 2 in C.M.A.No.3590 of 2021.

2. On considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and on perusing the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is satisfied and is inclined to allow this application.

3. Accordingly, the petitioner is permitted to serve the respondents 1 and 2 in the above appeal by way of effecting paper publication in one issue of Tamil daily "Makkal Kural", returnable by 21.08.2023.

4. Post this matter on 21.08.2023.
