O R D E R

The tender notification dated 17.11.2014 is under challenge in the present writ petition. The tender was issued in respect of engagement of labour on contract basis.

2. In view of efflux of time and further for the reason that the tender notificaion itself was issued in the year 2014, the adjudication, on merits, deserves no further consideration. Thus, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Comtepent Authorities, if any grievance exist as of now for redressal.
