The prayer sought for in the Writ Petition is to direct the 2nd respondent to permit the petitioner to continue to discharge his duties as Village Assistant and draw salary with all continuity of service and other pecuniary benefits related thereto.
2.Perusal to the order of this Court dated 20.02.2019, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents produced a copy of the proceedings passed by the second respondent dated 21.08.2019 in which the order of this Court has been complied with. Hence, no further orders required in this Writ Petition.
