This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court by order dated 26.04.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.5908/2023 in Crl.OP.No.4632/2023 that, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30am until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police every alternative Saturday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
