O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader on behalf of the respondents. By consent and taking into account the relief claimed by the petitioner, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal during the time of admission.

2. The petitioner has been working as Special Teacher in Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Walajabad in the District of Kancheepuram. According to the petitioner, the Government issued an order in G.O.Ms.No.28, School Education Department dated 30.01.2015 sanctioning posts for appointment of Special Teachers on regular basis.

3. Since the petitioner is working as a Special Teacher for the last many years, she is eligible to be considered for appointment as Special Teacher pursuant to the Government Order in G.O.Ms.No.28, School Education Department dated 30.01.2015.

4. The petitioner submitted a representation on 19.02.2015, requesting the first respondent to consider her case for appointment in the light of the Government Order in G.O.Ms.No.28, School Education Department dated 30.01.2015. The representation is stated to be pending on the file of first respondent.

5. The first respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 19.02.2015 on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
