2.Mr.K.V.Shanmuganathan, learned counsel appeared on behalf of the respondent and submitted that the he has no objection in allowing this petition.

3. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the respondent and also being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned and the petition is allowed.
