This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 3342 days in filling the above review application in A.S.No.644 of 2006 set aside petition in A.S.No.315 of 2015 on the file of this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the delay of 3342 days in filing the above Rev. Appl.SR.No.79982 of 2019 is condoned.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous petition is allowed.

5. Registry is directed to number the above Rev. Appl.SR.No.79982 of 2019 and list the case on 21.09.2023 along with connected matters, if any.
