This petition has been filed to extend the time for surrender of the petitioner and to execute the sureties fixed in Crl.O.P.No.10800 of 2023, dated 10.05.2023.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side).

3.Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reason stated by the learned counsel, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioners to surrender and execute the sureties before the Lower Court as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready. Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
