This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to bring on record the petitioner/proposed appellants 2 to 6 herein as legal representative of deceased sole appellant in S.A.No.2023 of 2000, C.M.P.No.1019 of 2012 and C.M.P.SR.No 94022 of 2012 respectively.

2. Mr.P.Mani, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that pending appeal, the sole appellant died on 06.94.2023. Hence, to imlead her legal heirs, he has filed the above petitions.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit, these petitions are allowed. The proposed legal representative of the sole appellant is impleaded as appellants 2 to 6 in in S.A.No.2023 of 2000, C.M.P.No.1019 of 2012 and C.M.P.SR.No 94022 of 2012 respectively.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title and also directed to delete the name of Mr.S.Sadasharam from the cause list and print the name of Mr.K.Balakrishnan, learned counsel for respondent in the cause list. Post the matter on 22.08.2023 for arguments.
