By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.
2. This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to implement the order passed by the first respondent for changing the patta in the name of the writ petitioner.
3. According to the writ petitioner, on the basis of the representation, the proceedings were conducted by the first respondent and passed an order on 22.05.2018, for restoring the patta in the name of the writ petitioner. The same has not been implemented so far, hence the present writ petition.
4. The learned counsel for the third respondent submits that as against the order of the first respondent, revision has been filed in RP.No.21835/2018 before the District Revenue Officer, Salem and the same is pending. The learned Special Government Pleader has also not disputed the above fact.

5. In such view of the matter, the order of the first respondent is challenged and pending before the revisional authority. Hence, the revisional authority/DRO, Salem is directed to dispose of the revision pending in RP.No.21835/2018 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on its own merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the writ petitioner and also the private respondent. The first respondent is directed to communicate the copy of this order forthwith to the DRO, Salem.
6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
