The Writ Petition has been filed by the Petitioner to direct the First Respondent to pass orders in the appeal No. Na .Ka. 229/2015/Aa4 pending before the First Respondent in accordance with law within a time frame fixed by this Court. 2.

Mr. M. Chinnaraj, Learned Counsel takes notice for the Second and Third Respondents. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the First Respondent, on instructions, states that the hearing of the appeal has been fixed on 13.08.2019 before the First Respondent and that notice for the same would be issued in advance to the concerned parties. It shall be ensured https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

that there is at least one effective hearing every week showing progress of the case.

The Petitioner and other concerned parties shall attend the hearing on the said date as well as on the subsequent dates to which it is adjourned and extend their fullest cooperation for the expeditious disposal of the matter. The First Respondent after giving full opportunity of hearing to all parties concerned, shall consider each of their contentions and pass reasoned order on merits and in accordance with law and communicate the decision taken to all parties under written acknowledgment.

The Writ Petition is disposed on the aforesaid terms. No costs.
