2. The petitioner on an earlier occasion filed W.P.No.34424/2014, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider his representation dated 18.11.2014 within a stipulated time frame. In the said representation, the petitioner has stated that sometime in the year 2010, some third parties had damaged the irrigation channel put up by the Government. consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.11.2014 and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the order. The third respondent, in compliance of the order dated 23.12.2014, vide proceedings in M.M.No.10743/2014/A2 dated 4.3.2015 ordered for restoration of the channel. The grievance expressed by the petitioner is that inspite of such order passed by the third respondent, it has not been implemented and therefore, he has submitted a representation dated 20.03.2015, followed by a reminder dated 26.03.2015 and since no action was taken, came forward to file this writ petition.

5. In the result, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the third respondent to implement its proceedings dated 04.03.2015 as expeditiously as possible and not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
