These petitions are filed to implead the proposed respondents 2 and 3 in W.P.No.17994 of 2021 and W.M.P.No.19219 of 2021.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions and considering the fact that the proposed parties are the main parties to decide the present case, these petitions are allowed.

3. Registry is directed to amend the cause title in both the petitions and post the case on 29.09.2021.
