This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner/A1, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 10.05.2024, seeking bail in Crime No.125 of 2024 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 379 of IPC.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner aged about 19 years, is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He also submitted that the petitioner, who is no way connected with the alleged offence, is in custody from 10.05.2024 and the co-accused has been enlarged on bail. Hence, he prayed for bail stating that the petitioner is ready to abide by any stringent conditions that may be imposed by this Court.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police raised objection for granting bail stating that the petitioner/A1 along with other accused had committed theft of the de facto complainant's KTM Duke bike bearing registration No.TN-04-AX-0236. He also submitted that the petitioner, who is a youtuber, having 12 previous cases of similar nature. 4. Taking into consideration the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the investigation is still pending and also considering the antecedents and the conduct of the petitioner/accused, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
