Mr.E.P.Senniyangiri in both WPs Government Advocate C O M M O N O R D E R These two writ petitions relate to penal orders in respect of two vehicles owned by the petitioner. As regards W.P. No.19423 of 2025, the said writ petition pertains to an order for the period from 26.05.2025 to 27.05.2025. Since said period has expired, the said writ petition has been rendered infructuous.
2. W.P. No.19430 of 2025 relates to the period from 28.05.2025 to 29.05.2025. While learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the enquiry report, which was relied upon in the impugned order, was not provided to the petitioner, learned Government Advocate, who accepts 2/4
notice on behalf of the respondent, submits that the vehicle inspection record indicating the defaults of the petitioner was handed over both to the driver and the conductor. He further submits that no further action will be taken against the petitioner in respect of this particular infraction. By recording the said statement, both these writ petitions are disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
