Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of relating to orders in (1) G.O.Ms.No.165, School Education, dated 15.10.2014 by the first respondent and (2) O.Mu.No.24/A2/2015, dated 04.03.2015 of the 4th respondent to quash the order dated 15.10.2014 of the first respondent to the limited extent of fixing a cut off dated i.e., July 1987, in para 5 thereof and to quash the order dated 04.03.2015 of the 4th respondent, and issue consequential directions to the respondents to consider the petitioner for promotions as Graduate Assistant by treating the Diploma certificate in Teacher Education April 1988 of the petitioner as equivalent to Plus - two and promote him to the said post with consequential benefits.
