ORDER
As against the order passed by the Writ Court, the respondents have preferred a Writ Appeal in W.A.No.1801 of 2024 and the learned counsel, who appeared on behalf of the writ petitioner before the Hon'ble Division Bench, had given a undertaking on 28.10.2024 that she will not press the Contempt Petition pending before the learned Single Judge.
2. Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the fact that the Hon'ble Division Bench has taken cognizance of the matter, it would not be appropriate for this Court to parallelly adjudicate this Contempt Petition.
3. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedies, awaiting final outcome of the Writ Appeal.
