O R D E R

This writ petition is filed for issuance of a direction to the respondents to pass order on petitioner's application for Sub Division Patta Transfer vide CAN No.0330313023052 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Application No.2016/0105/03/044128 dated 21.11.2016 based on his representation, dated 13.03.2018.

2. Though the petitioner has not produced any document before this court to show that petitioner's vendor had patta in his name, considering the nature of relief sought for, this court is of the view that the respondents can be directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 13.03.2018.

3. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of petitioner's representation, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.03.2018, on merit and in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity to the petitioner and others who are interested, and pass orders within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. However there is no order as to costs.
