O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition has become infructuous. He further submits that the petitioner suspended on 20.02.2020. By an order dated 20.02.2020 bearing Reference Karyalaya 2-8/2019-20/526, it has been stated that orders on subsistence allowance will be issued separately.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the aforesaid allowance during the period of suspension has not been paid to the petitioner.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and in view of the order dated 20.02.2020 of the respondent, the respondent is directed to pay subsistence allowance to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This writ petition is disposed with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
