.. Respondents Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a writ of mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.02.2015.

By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner claims that he is an elected member of Village Education Committee (VEC) and the School Management Committee (SMC) of Panchayath Union Middle School, Chennathur, Hosur Union, Krishnagiri District and he is working for the welfare of the School and also put efforts through the authorities in bringing the needs of the School as a VEC.

3. According to the petitioner, fourth respondent is the implementing officer of his education District in carrying out the object of Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA) and on account of the irregularities committed by him, the Government Boys Higher Secondary School, Krishnagiri District, has not put a good show and consequently, the children studying in the said institution are suffering very much. The petitioner pointing out the irregularities on the part of the fourth respondent, has submitted a detailed representation dated 14.02.2015 to the second respondent and though, it was acknowledged by the said official, the grievance expressed by the petitioner has not been addressed and therefore, he came forward to file this writ petition.

4. Heard the submissions of Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice for the official respondents.

5. This Court, taking into consideration of the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the representation, directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.02.2015 after putting the concerned person on notice and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and not later than six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision to the petitioner.

6. The writ petition is disposed of, accordingly. No costs.
